Can I place an order for items that are already out of stock?
Can I change my delivery address after the purchase?
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can send an email to [email protected] to request a change of address. If you have been notified that your order is already in distribution, you should contact the carrier directly.
Can I change my billing information after the purchase?
How can I pay?
In your online purchase, you can choose from the following payment methods: VISA, MasterCard, MBway, Multibanco Reference, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
The payment process is securely handled through the payment systems of our partner Ifthenpay.
If you need to include your taxpayer identification number on your invoice, please add it in the NIF field during the checkout process.
How are the shipments handled?
All orders have free shipping.
1. After successful payment, you will receive an email from Pura confirming your purchase.
2. The order is processed within 24 hours. For orders placed before 2 PM, the order is shipped on the same day.
3. Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification.
4. Once the order reaches the carrier’s warehouses, you will receive an email with the tracking number and the estimated delivery date.
How long does it take to receive my order?
The order is shipped within 24 hours to mainland Portugal if placed before 2 PM.
Could there be delays in the delivery of my order?
We work together with a logistics partner to ensure the 24-hour delivery timeframes are met in mainland Portugal. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond Pura’s control.
