Payment Methods
You have several payment options for your order:
Cartão de crédito (Visa e MasterCard) – The customer will need to provide all the requested information during the payment process. If the payment platform provides information indicating that the payment is not accepted, the order will be canceled, and the customer will be notified of this fact. (The cancellation of the payment is beyond Pura Store’s control).
MBWay – You have 10 minutes after placing the order to proceed with the payment. The customer needs to enter the mobile phone number associated with MB Way and confirm the payment through the MB Way application. If the payment platform provides information indicating that the payment is not accepted, the order will be canceled, and the customer will be notified of this fact. (The cancellation of the payment is beyond Pura Store’s control).
ATM – You have 12 hours after placing the order to proceed with the payment at an ATM (Multibanco) or through online banking, using the payment details provided in the order confirmation email (entity/reference/amount) sent to your registered email address. These details are also saved in your customer account under “orders”. If the payment is not made within 2 days, the order will be canceled.
Apple Pay/Google Pay – Pay with a simple touch or glance. An easier, more secure, and private method where there is no need to fill out forms on the website
