DELIVERIES

When checking out in the shopping cart, you will be presented with the shipping zones, available delivery methods, as well as the delivery times and costs.

For home deliveries, you will receive a confirmation email for your delivery (sent as soon as your purchase leaves our warehouse).
You may be contacted by the carrier via SMS or email to be informed about the delivery of your order.

Mainland Portugal  – 24 business hours
Peninsular Spain – 24 business hours
Europe – 2 to 5 business days

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

You have 15 days, starting from the date of receiving the order, to make an exchange or return.
To request an exchange or return, please contact us through this link.
We will only process exchanges or returns for items in perfect condition.
After receiving the return, the amount paid will be refunded using the same method you used for payment. If you made the payment through Multibanco, you will need to provide your IBAN so that the refund can be processed.
